How do I know the price won’t change at the gate?
The price you confirm at checkout is the final price, delivery fee included. Suppliers and drivers are paid from that same confirmed order, so there’s no reason for anyone to renegotiate once a truck is loaded.
What if the supplier doesn’t actually have the material?
Every order is matched to a supplier who has confirmed stock before your payment is finalized. If a supplier can’t fulfil it, MAWEX routes the order to the next available one in the network, not to you.
How do I know when the truck will actually arrive?
You pick a delivery window at checkout. Once a driver is assigned and moving, you get a live map with the driver’s real position and an estimated arrival time, not a static promise.
What proves the delivery actually happened, and in full?
Every drop-off is confirmed with a timestamped photo attached to your order automatically. If the delivered quantity doesn’t match what you ordered, that’s recorded and reportable from the order itself.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Every order has a "Report a problem" action that reaches support directly, tied to that specific order, not a generic inbox you have to explain everything to from scratch.
